The success of NPP in 2024 depends on us – Techiman South MP rallies party

In his victory speech after being confirmed as the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate for Techiman South on Sunday, January 28, 2024, incumbent Member of Parliament Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah called on all party members in the constituency to unite and work together to secure an NPP victory in the 2024 general elections.

Korsah, who also serves as the Deputy Minister for Local Government and Decentralization, expressed his gratitude to the delegates for re-electing him to represent the NPP in the upcoming parliamentary race. He urged the party members to continue their support and commitment to his candidacy.

“To succeed in the 2024 elections, it will depend on all of us,” Korsah said. “From the first to the last person, I appeal to everyone to work together in unity, love, and collaboration to ensure our success.”

Korsah also emphasized the importance of promoting the accomplishments of the Akufo-Addo administration to garner more support for the NPP, especially as Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia aims to become the next president. He encouraged party members to actively highlight the party’s achievements and work together in peace and understanding.

“We must work hard to sell the party’s achievements,” he continued. “With dedication, I’m confident we will win the 2024 elections.”

Korsah, who won the Techiman South seat for the NPP in the 2020 elections, has since been appointed Deputy Minister for Local Government and Decentralization. His re-election is widely anticipated due to his significant contributions to local development and various social initiatives in the constituency.

The event was attended by several key figures, including Bono East Regional Minister Hon. Kwasi Adu Gyan, former National Youth Organiser of the NPP Anthony Karbo, NPP Bono East Regional Chairman Alhaji Bukari Baba, former Regional Chairman Thomas Adu Appiah, various MMDCES, parliamentary candidates, chiefs, and queenmothers.
