Techiman Eleven Wonders Determined to Stay in Premier League

Ghana Premier League (GPL) newcomers Techiman Eleven Wonders have expressed their desire to remain in the top division for the long term, enjoying their time in top-flight football.

In an interview with GNA Sports, the club’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Joseph Kwabena Fosu, shared that the team has had a smooth transition to the Premier League and is satisfied with the improved conditions and competitive environment at this level. He highlighted that life in the lower divisions was much tougher and an experience the club would rather not revisit.

“It has been fantastic for us in the Premier League,” Mr. Fosu said. “We faced a lot of challenges to reach this point, and now that we’re here, we’re fully committed to staying. We are determined to ensure the club remains in the top tier, and we are doing everything possible to make that happen.”

To strengthen their position in the league, Eleven Wonders have brought in former Premier League-winning coach, Enos Kwame Adepa, to replace Mumuni Gamel, the coach who guided them to top-flight promotion but was dismissed after 12 games. Adepa’s main objective is to keep the club out of the relegation zone in their debut season. Currently, Eleven Wonders are 11th on the league table with 14 points, safe from the drop zone.
