Captain Planet, the lead member of award-winning music group 4X4, is adding more fuel to ongoing breakup rumours with the release of yet another solo track, www.entertainmentgh.com has observed.
Following his February release of Sangbelegbe—which received considerable airplay—the speculation surrounding tension within the group grew stronger, especially since 4X4 has not put out a group single in the past few years.
Although the group has not officially announced a split or explained whether the silence is part of a strategy to allow members to pursue solo careers temporarily, fans remain curious.
Captain Planet, who is reported to have financed the group’s most recent projects under his Fashion Planet label, has now dropped a new single titled Respek.
The music video, directed by PressPlay Vidz, has already been released and is receiving positive feedback.
