Dr. Ray has finally shared the secret behind his exceptional beat-making skills.
In a recent interview, the producer behind the hit track “Oh Azaay” revealed that his talent was largely inspired and shaped by renowned music producer Appietus.
“I used to listen to Appietus a lot back in the day, and that sparked my interest in producing beats. I studied his works over the years, and that’s how I mastered the craft,” he explained.
When asked about his current favorite producer, Dr. Ray said he preferred to keep that private for now. However, he emphasized that Appietus still deserves the utmost respect, adding that even though Appietus may not be as dominant as he once was, he remains a true godfather in the industry.
Dr. Ray has produced several hit songs from his studio, including Oh Azaay, Kunfu Party, Give Me Some More, and many others.
