Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh has reportedly tied the knot with a new partner, Chinecherem Eze, a Nigerian investor, producer, and actress based in the United States. The couple is said to have secretly married in a private court ceremony in California on Wednesday, April 28.
Following the court wedding, a proxy traditional ceremony was held in Nsukka, Enugu State, Nigeria, on Saturday, May 1, to celebrate their union. A video accompanying the report shows Chris Attoh proposing to Chinecherem Eze during a dinner date.
This marks Chris Attoh’s third marriage. His first marriage was to Nigerian actress Damilola Adegbite in 2015, with whom he has a son. They divorced in 2017.
Chris later married American Bettie Jennifer in a private ceremony in Accra in October 2018, but tragically, she was murdered seven months later in Maryland, where she lived. Bettie was shot in the head by an unknown gunman while leaving her office, and it was later revealed that she was still legally married to a drug baron who was serving a prison sentence at the time of her death.
