Techiman DCE and MCE Donate Campaign Materials to Boost NPP’s Efforts

As part of efforts to secure a decisive victory for President Akufo-Addo and the Parliamentary candidates, the District Chief Executive (DCE) for Techiman North and the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Techiman South, Hon. John Kofi Donyinah, have donated motorbikes, fuel, megaphones, and other campaign materials to support candidates in both Techiman North and South constituencies in the Bono East Region.

The donated items, worth millions of Ghana cedis, are intended to help the Parliamentary candidates, Hon. Martin Oti Gyarko (Techiman North) and Hon. Martin Agyei Mensah Korsah (Techiman South), carry out their campaigns more effectively and reach voters in rural areas across the constituencies.

This donation is part of a broader initiative by the Chief Executives to strengthen the party and ensure a resounding victory in the 2020 elections in their constituencies and the region at large.

Upon receiving the items, Mr. Thomas Adu-Appiah, the Bono East Regional Chairman of the NPP (affectionately known as “Tooma”), stressed the importance of avoiding complacency and urged party members to intensify their efforts in supporting the Parliamentary candidates and boosting campaign activities.

Chairman Tooma also expressed his ambition to increase the number of Parliamentary seats held by the party in the Bono East region from 5 out of 11 to 8 in the upcoming December 7th elections.

In a joint statement, Hon. Peter Mensah and Hon. John Kofi Donyinah called for united efforts to run an aggressive campaign aimed at securing four more years for President Akufo-Addo and maintaining the party’s majority in Parliament. They encouraged campaign teams to highlight the government’s achievements so that the public could fully appreciate the positive impact of the government’s work and ensure the party’s continued success.
