Davido Urges Fans to Stop Circulating Old Pictures amidst rumour he’s now a father of twins
Davido is rumored to have become the father of twins, although the Afrobeats star has neither confirmed nor denied the speculation.
He has, however, urged people online to “stop circulating old pictures,” adding a “Thank you [heart emoji]” in a post on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. It’s unclear which old photos he’s referring to, and whether his message relates to the rumor that his wife Chioma has given birth to twins.
Earlier in the week, Davido had hinted at something special by declaring on Sunday, “This is gonna be the best week of my [feeling loved and halo emojis],” followed by “Amen.”
Music and media executive Ovie from NotJustOk also confirmed on Tuesday via X, “Confirmed. Davido and Chioma. Double blessings. [heart emojis].”
Davido and Chioma tragically lost their son Ifeanyi in November 2022, after he drowned in the swimming pool at their home in Banana Island, Lagos. Reports now suggest that the couple has been blessed with twins – a boy and a girl – in the U.S. on Monday.
