Ghanaian gospel star and 2005 Ghana Music Awards “Gospel Artiste of the Year,” Esther Prempeh—popularly known as Lady Prempeh – is officially returning to the music scene after a long hiatus.
Her extended break allowed her to rebrand, refine her craft, and rebuild her artistic identity. With her renewed image and direction, Lady Prempeh is poised to make a strong impact once again, not only in Ghana but across Africa.
Lady Prempeh’s re-emergence comes with a bold vision: becoming a globally recognized gospel act. Her new brand direction emphasizes international collaborations and a broader reach beyond the Ghanaian market.
Her comeback is set to inspire not only her fans and gospel listeners but also underserved communities. Through her NGO, the Odo Yi Wɔhe (“Where is the Love”) Foundation, she aims to support the needy, the vulnerable, and individuals in distress.
As part of her return, Lady Prempeh is also working toward establishing a private music school to train and nurture aspiring musicians.
Very soon, she will release her comeback single titled “Anibre,” accompanied by a high-quality, globally appealing music video.
