Opanin Nana Kofi Darko II, father of Nana Yaa -the model featured in Lord Paper’s controversial Awurama music video – has expressed his displeasure about his daughter’s actions.
The aggrieved father unexpectedly entered the Peace FM studio during a Saturday broadcast to address what he described as false claims made by his daughter. According to him, Nana Yaa has been telling friends that she financially supports the entire family, a claim he strongly refuted on air. He also recounted how Nana Yaa’s mother abandoned her when she was just one year and seven months old.
During the interview, Opanin Nana Kofi Darko II made several critical remarks about his daughter, comments that reportedly infuriated her.
Nana Yaa later joined the conversation via phone to respond to her father’s statements. The exchange between the two was intense and emotional, making the interview one that listeners had to hear to believe.
