PROFILE OF FZC LTD

1.0     INTRODUCTION

F. Zeini Ent. was established in the year 1987, in the Republic of Ghana under the Companies Code of 1963, Act 179.

 

However in 1998, the name was changed to Fredzeb Broadcasting Ltd. The following are subsidiaries: Classic FM, F. Zeini Trading and Construction, Life Mineral Water.

FZC Ltd. has so far established itself as the leader and the most prominent and prestigious company in the Brong Ahafo Region and runs   the following businesses: Life Mineral Water, F. Zeini Trading and Construction and Classic FM.  FZC Ltd. is a wholly owned Ghanaian private company. 
Life Mineral Water produces quality water in bottles and sachet and is a leading mineral water not only in the Brong Ahafo Region but in Ghana as a whole. 
F. Zeini Trading and construction company engages is trading activities as well as construction. Classic Fm also engages in private broadcasting.

It has staff strength of sixty five (65) workers and engages more workers based on the project at hand.  Their experiences range from Architect, Engineering, Building, Journalism, Marketing, Finance and Administration.

1.2     MISSION

We are a reputable multi-media service provider, providing information, education and employment opportunities to the youth, business entities (advertising) and policy makers through the use of state-of-the art technology based on professional competence, integrity, hard work and confidentiality. We produce quality mineral water as our contribution to the fight against water-borne diseases.  We also construct durable and quality infrastructure to withstand the test of time. We do undertake contracts from government s well as private sector, etc. We build state of the art infrastructure, we undertake civil works and low income properties such as estates and others.

2.0     BUSINESS IDEA AND CHOICE OF TECHNOLOGY

  2. To have a greater market share in both construction and multi-media business especially the Northern sector.

The market is growing at a very rapid rate and market for advertisement in the media industry is also growing as a result. According to available market research and industry sources, the overall market for the media industry is projected to grow at a rate of about 5% per annum.

Currently, the market in Techiman is shared by two other broadcast service providers.  In the next few years, FZC Ltd (Classic FM) aspires to be considered a market leader as we spring up.

FZC Ltd hopes to enlarge its operations in radio, mineral water, trading and construction activities far beyond the borders of Brong Ahafo as the years roll by. We hope through hardwork, diligence and financial support, our dream will come to pass.
